Hilda is the Art Director of Dacra, a real estate development company with a unique vision for commercial, residential, and mixed-use communities, including the Miami Design District. Through her 14+ year career at Dacra, Hilda has experienced first-hand the evolution of the Miami Design District and has been an integral part of the team working behind the scenes to bring this unique project to fruition. To this day, Hilda has spearheaded the growth of the in-house art department, which she leads, overseeing projects big and small, managing production timelines, print and manufacturing vendors, as well as partner relations, and working alongside the marketing team to strategically position the Design District as one of the most important cultural and shopping destinations in the world. Hilda is also responsible for the art direction of the Design District Magazine, the official publication of the neighborhood that covers the latest happenings, interviews with today’s cultural icons and more. Hilda and her team undertook the complete redesign of the magazine back in 2018 and have been working tirelessly issue by issue to make it one of the most sought-after publications in Miami. Hilda was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela and moved to the US to pursue a creative career. She earned with honors both her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Fine Art in Graphic Design from Miami Intl. University of Art and Design.
